Delaware Supreme Court History 1951-2021

The Delaware Supreme Court has produced a revised version of its Golden Anniversary volume chronicling the history of the Court.

Edited by Retired Justice Randy J. Holland, the book chronicles the background and 70-year history of Delaware’s Supreme Court. More than thirty attorneys and judges contributed to researching and writing updated history chapters, including four Morris Nichols colleagues:

• Tom Grimm (retired partner) and Sarah Simonetti (Chapter 9: Individual Rights)
• Gil Sparks (retired partner) (Chapter 16: The Board of Bar Examiners)
• Michael Slobom (Chapter 18: Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection)
