VALCON 2015

The American Bankruptcy Institute hosts VALCON 2015 from Feb. 25 to 27, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nev. The conference brings together dealmakers, fund investors, and financial and legal advisors.

Morris Nichols partner Robert J. Dehney serves on the conference advisory board and will participate in the panel discussion, “Absolute vs. Relative Priority: What Creates Equity Value” on Feb. 26.  The panel will discuss and debate the rise in formation of official equity committees in chapter 11 cases, how advisors can reach different valuations to support or oppose their formation, the role of the Office of the U.S. Trustee, and the ultimate value added to the estate.
