VALCON 2014

The American Bankruptcy Institute hosts VALCON 2014 from February 26 to 27, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nev. The conference brings together dealmakers, fund investors, and financial and legal advisors.

Morris Nichols partner Eric Schwartz will moderate the panel “Making Your Case:  Presenting Valuation Evidence.” The panel will cover strategies and tips for presenting financial evidence in chapter 11 cases.
