UT Law’s 12th Annual Mergers and Acquisitions Institute

The University of Texas School of Law hosts its 12^th Annual Mergers and Acquisitions Institute from October 20-21, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. The program examines the latest deal trends, structures, pitfalls and opportunities in M&A.

On Thursday, October 20, Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella speaks in the session, “Kicking and Screaming: Developments in Drag-Alongs and Other Minority Stockholder Squeeze-Out Techniques.” Panelists will discuss recent developments in this area as well as current best practices in dealing with issues that range from orderly process to confrontation.
