The University of Texas School of Law hosts its 11^th Annual Mergers and Acquisitions Institute from October 15-16, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. The program examines the latest deal trends, structures, pitfalls and opportunities in M&A.

On Friday, October 16, Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella speaks in the session, “Enforceability of Obligations Against Non-Signatories in Private Mergers.” She will be joined by Jessica C. Pearlman (K&L Gates LLP) to discuss enforceability in the wake of Cigna.
