AEPC Seminar: DING Trusts
Todd Flubacher, partner in the Morris Nichols Trusts, Estates and Tax Group, will present DING Trusts to the Atlanta Estate Planning Council on November 5, 2013, in Atlanta, Georgia.
The presentation will discuss Delaware Incomplete Gift Non-Grantor Trusts (DING Trusts) and how they can be used to minimize state income tax. The presentation will also contain an overview of what DING Trusts are, how they are structured, their requirements, and implications. Additionally, it will review many of the rulings the IRS has promulgated to regulate DING Trusts.
The Atlanta Estate Planning Council (AEPC) is comprised of a prestigious group of Attorneys, CPA’s, Insurance and Financial Advisors and Consultants, and Trust Officers in the Atlanta area who are considered by their peers to be experts in the field of Estate Planning.
