2012 Delaware Trust Conference
Morris Nichols Trusts, Estates & Tax Group partners Thomas Pulsifer and Todd Flubacher will be featured speakers on separate panels during the 2012 Delaware Trust Conference in Wilmington, Delaware, October 2-3, 2012.
Tom will participate on the October 2 first session panel, The Use of Delaware Trusts in an International Context, an exploration of: foreign/US trusts; the taxation of Foreign Grantor and Non-Grantor Trusts; gifts by foreign persons; and, the use of Delaware trusts for international clients.
Joining Tom will be Stanley A. Barg, Esq., Partner, Kozusko Harris Duncan, and G. Warren Whitaker, Esq., Partner, Day Pitney LLP.
Todd will participate on the October 3 first session panel, The Tax Consequences of Decanting, a discussion of the gift, estate, income, and generation-skipping transfer tax considerations when utilizing Delaware’s decanting statute.
