The Society’s Western Regional Conference 2015

The Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals hosts the Western Regional Conference from October 8-9, 2015 in Seattle, Wash.

Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella will speak in the one-hour plenary session, “Corporate Law for the Corporate Secretary” on October 9. The program will be moderated by Mary Brodd (Formerly Deputy GC, Chief Counsel - Corporate & Assistant Secretary, Intermec, Inc.) with Keith P. Bishop (Allen Matkins) and Michael Hutchings (DLA Piper) rounding out the panel.
