32nd Annual National Institute on Executive Compensation

The American Bar Association’s Joint Committee on Employee Benefits presents the 2018 National Institute on Executive Compensation from November 8-9, 2018 in Washington, DC.

Morris Nichols partner Andy Johnston serves on the program faculty and will present “Director and Executive Compensation Litigation” on November 9.  This session will cover the latest developments and trends in litigation with respect to director and executive compensation litigation, including top hat litigation and the Yahoo case.
