TerraLex Americas 3rd Annual Insolvency Practice Group Meeting

Morris Nichols Business Reorganization and Restructuring Group partner Eric Schwartz served as program moderator for the Third Annual Meeting of TerraLex Americas Insolvency Practice Group in Indianapolis, Indiana, May 13-14, 2010.

Bankruptcy practitioners from nearly two dozen major U.S. law firms were represented at this year’s Meeting, highlighted by keynote speaker Vivien Tyrell, partner and chair of UK-based Reynolds Porter Chamberlin’s restructuring and insolvency practice.

The TerraLex Americas Insolvency Group brings together prominent bankruptcy lawyers who are part of the TerraLex worldwide network of more than 155 independent law firms located in 100 countries to discuss creative strategies related to bankruptcy, insolvency and creditors' rights issues.  Eric is the Group’s Regional Co-Vice Chair.  Morris Nichols is the sole Delaware affiliate of TerraLex.
