On Sept. 30, Morris Nichols partner Patricia O. Vella speaks on “Delaware Supreme Court Corporate Decisions” as part of a half-day Delaware State Bar Association CLE program. The seminar will be held in Wilmington, Del. with webcast in Georgetown, Del.
