Morris Nichols Business Reorganization & Restructuring Group partner and practice group coordinator Robert Dehney will be a featured faculty panelist for the session entitled Bankruptcy, Valuation and Restructuring in the Middle Market: Current Tools, Issues and Opportunities at the VALCON 2012 Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, February 22-24, 2012. Rob also serves on the VALCON Conference Advisory Board.
