The Delaware State Bar Association hosts a half-day CLE program covering “Recent Developments in Delaware Corporate Law: Transactional and Litigation Perspectives” on May 28, 2015.
Morris Nichols partner Susan Wood Waesco will participate in a panel discussion on “Corporate Litigation from Start to Finish.” Panelists will explore the lifecycle of corporate litigation in Delaware from both the plaintiff and defendant perspective, including books and records demands; deal injunction proceedings post-C&J, controlling stockholder status, statutory appraisal; and the settlement of class and derivative litigation.
