Mergers & Acquisitions 2019: Advanced Trends and Developments

The Practising Law Institute will hold its annual two-day conference on mergers and acquisitions live in New York City and via webcast from January 10 to 11, 2019.

Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella returns as faculty and will moderate the session “Advising the Board of Directors in an M&A Transaction: an Overview of the Board’s Responsibilities.” Panelists will discuss responding to takeover approaches, deciding whether to conduct a pre-signing market check, structuring a sale process, advising buy-side boards, and identifying and responding to conflicts of interest.
