PLI Venue Based Patent Litigation Strategies

Practising Law Institute will host a two-hour CLE program on "Venue Based Patent Litigation Strategies" on July 14, 2010. Morris Nichols partner Karen Jacobs will serve as a presenter at this event spotlighting the Eastern District of Texas, the District of Delaware, and Northern and Central Districts of California. Attendees will learn how each venue deals with important litigation issues, including stays pending reexaminations, discovery disputes, In re Bilski issues, KSR and use of prior art considered by the USPTO, claim construction and motions for summary judgment - what works and what doesn't.
