PLI’s Venture Capital 2016: Nuts and Bolts

The Practicing Law Institute hosts a day-long program on “Venture Capital 2016: Nuts and Bolts” on May 5, 2016 in New York City. Morris Nichols partner Jeff Wolters serves as faculty and will speak in the closing session, “Crisis Management and Tough Judgment Calls in Representing Emerging Growth Companies.” This session will discuss inevitable conflicts (representing both the company and an investor), how these conflicts intersect with rules of professional conduct, crisis management (advising the board and investors), and best practices.
