Secured Transactions 2018: What Lawyers Need to Know About UCC Article 9

The Practising Law Institute hosts a day-long program on secured transactions live in New York City and via webcast on January 10, 2018.

Morris Nichols partner Tarik Haskins serves as program faculty.
