PLI’s Advanced Venture Capital 2015

The Practicing Law Institute hosts a day-long Advanced Venture Capital program on December 2, 2015 in San Francisco. Morris Nichols partner Jeff Wolters serves as faculty and will speak in the closing session, “Corporate Governance and Venture-Backed Companies.” This session will cover board structures and conflicts; managing board observers; down rounds, washout financings, and affiliate transaction issues; ethical dilemmas faced by counsel and Delaware law changes.
