ABA Webinar: Negotiating the Termination Provisions in a Public Company Acquisition Agreement

Patricia O. Vella, Morris Nichols Delaware Corporate Law Counseling Group Special Counsel, will serve as a faculty panelist for the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section CLE Teleconference/Webcast entitled, Negotiating the Termination Provisions in a Public Company Acquisition Agreement, on March 6, 2012, 2:30 PM Eastern Time. 

The 90-minute program will cover the key issues in the termination section of a public company merger agreement. Panelists will discuss the key issues in negotiating the termination section and will perform a mock negotiation of the key provisions utilizing the provisions of the ABA Model Merger Agreement.
