When in Rome: Insights from Practitioners in the Nation’s Busiest Patent Courts
On January 11, 2017, the New York Intellectual Property Law Association hosts the CLE program, “When in Rome: Insights from Practitioners in the Nation’s Busiest Patent Courts.” Morris Nichols partner Jack Blumenfeld joins the program panel consisting of leading practitioners from Delaware, New Jersey and the Eastern District of Texas. Panelists will discuss the practices, policies and preferences of the judges in their districts, including issues relating to motions under Section 101, patent contentions, summary judgment, and pretrial and trial proceedings.
