NBI Limited Liability Companies Seminar

The National Business Institute hosts a CLE program on Limited Liability Companies in Wilmington, Del. on November 6, 2015. The day-long course will provide an overview of LLCs, tax advantages, state law compliance, practical operating procedures and ethical issues in LLC formation.

Morris Nichols attorney Jason Russell will present the afternoon session, “Creating Practical Operating Procedures.” He will discuss internal management and regulation impacts on the entity, important powers and duties of members, safeguards for the organization and special considerations for Series LLCs.
