Fourth Annual Symposium on Corporate Law
U.C. Berkeley Law and Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz present the fourth Annual Symposium on Corporate Law from October 24 to 25, 2019 in San Francisco. This two-day, multi-panel event explores the development of corporate law, the evolving relationships between corporate stakeholders, M&A and what corporate lawmaking may look like in the future. Esteemed speakers include Chief Justice Leo E. Strine Jr. and Chancellor Andre G. Bouchard.
On Day 2 of the conference, Morris Nichols partner Bill Lafferty will speak in session, “Recent Developments in Delaware and Corporate Law,” a panel discussion of recent case law and statutory developments in Delaware and corporate law.
