TerraLex Bankruptcy/Insolvency Practice Group European Meeting

Eric Schwartz, Morris Nichols Business Reorganization & Restructuring Group partner, will speak at the TerraLex Bankruptcy/Insolvency Group European Meeting in London, November 4, 2011.  Eric’s presentation will explore significant recent U.S. bankruptcy and insolvency cases.

Bankruptcy practitioners from major European and U.K. law firms will be represented at this year’s Meeting, highlighted by guest speaker Vivian Bairstow, Corporate Recovery/Restructuring & Insolvency Partner, Begbies Traynor Group.
