TerraLex America's Fourth Annual Insolvency Practice Group Meeting

Eric Schwartz, Morris Nichols Business Reorganization & Restructuring Group partner, will serve as program moderator for the Fourth Annual Meeting of TerraLex America’s Insolvency/Bankruptcy Practice Group in Tampa, Florida, March 11, 2011.

Bankruptcy practitioners from over two dozen major U.S. law firms will be represented at this year’s Meeting, highlighted by keynote speaker J. Russ Allen, CFA, Portfolio Manager, Senior Research Analyst, GLOBALT Investments. 

TerraLex America’s Insolvency/Bankruptcy Group brings together prominent bankruptcy lawyers who are part of the TerraLex worldwide network of more than 155 independent law firms located in 100 countries to discuss creative strategies related to bankruptcy, insolvency and creditors' rights issues.  Eric is the Group’s Regional Co-Vice Chair.  Morris Nichols is the sole Delaware affiliate of TerraLex.
