The Group's featured presentation, Current Developments Regarding Intellectual Property Issues in Insolvency Proceedings, will include panelists J. What's New in Delaware discussed director duties to monitor foreign operations and the related Chancery Court decision In Re Puda Coal. Also discussed were the recent amendments to the DGCL involving tender offers and mergers, ratifying void stock issuances and other unauthorized transactions, and public benefit corporations. Facilitating Multi-Jurisdiction Collaboration discussed the benefits U.S. firms receive from TerraLex's integrated, seamless approach to extending legal coverage in all necessary jurisdictions, that emphasizes the Network's superior service, connections, and value. Jeff is Chair of the Collaboration Working Group for TerraLex's North American M&A Practice Group.
