On Monday, December 16, 2024, the Delaware State Bar Association presented a CLE program on bankruptcy law at the campus of Wilmington University.
Morris Nichols bankruptcy and restructuring partner Matt Harvey participated in the panel discussion, “Governance Mistakes in Action: Precedential Distressed Governance Decisions to Guide Directors, Officers, Advisors, and Fiduciaries.” Speakers explored how governance has been deployed in certain distressed situations, recapped what consequences flowed from the governance that was employed, and explored potential alternatives.
