Recent Developments and Legislative Changes in Commercial Law 2018

On October 10, 2018, the Delaware State Bar Association presents a half-day CLE program on current hot topics in Delaware commercial and entity law.

Morris Nichols partner Jason Russell and attorney Sara Gelsinger will co-present the closing session, “Recent Statutory Amendments and Cases Involving Delaware LLCs, LPs and Statutory Trusts.” They will discussion significant changes and case law involving Delaware corporations and Delaware alternative entities, including limited liability companies and limited partnerships.

Jason currently chairs the DSBA Commercial Law Section, which is sponsoring the program.
