Corwin, Appraisal and Alternative Entity Developments

The Delaware State Bar Association hosts a half-day program on recent statutory and case law developments in Delaware’s corporate law. 

Morris Nichols partner Megan Ward Cascio joins a panel of litigators and transactional attorneys, as well as a member of the Court of Chancery to explore the implications of the Corwin doctrine, appraisal, and recent statutory and case law developments regarding unincorporated entities, including pending amendments to permit series of limited liability companies.
