Delaware Corporate Law Anniversary Symposium
Morris Nichols is proud to sponsor the 2017 Delaware Corporate Law Anniversary Symposium. The two-day program celebrates the 225th anniversary of the establishment of the Delaware Court of Chancery; the 50th anniversary of the general revision of the Delaware General Corporation Law (DGCL); and the 25th anniversary of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.
Three Morris Nichols attorneys will participate in panel discussions at the two-day program. On Day One, Rick Alexander moderates the panel discussion, “The Purpose of the Delaware Corporation.” Also on Tuesday, Bill Lafferty joins the panel, “The DGCL and Litigation in the Court of Chancery.” In the closing session, Gil Sparks provides commentary in “A Look Back: The Oral History Project Presentation of Video on Smith v. Van Gorkom.”
