Boston Bar Association’s 4th Annual Mergers & Acquisitions Conference

The Boston Bar Association hosts its 4^th Annual Mergers & Acquisitions Conference on March 29, 2018. With attorneys from private practice and in-house legal departments, the program will discuss the latest developments in M&A at Boston Marriott Copley Place in Boston, Mass.

Panelists will cover strategies for maximizing value of external M&A resources for in-house counsel, the impact of the current regulatory climate on the M&A market, critical Delaware updates, and key tax considerations in M&A. Morris Nichols partner Eric Klinger-Wilensky speaks in the session, “Critical Delaware Updates.”
