9th Annual Institute on Corporate Securities and Related Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions

Bill Lafferty, Morris Nichols corporate and business litigation group partner, will serve as Institute Faculty and will speak on the Delaware Law Issues in M&A panel at the 9th Annual Institute on Corporate Securities & Related Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions at the New York City Bar, New York City, September 20-21, 2012.

Among the distinguished panelists joining Bill are Hon. Jack B. Jacobs, Justice, Delaware Supreme Court, and Stephen P. Lamb, former Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
