10th Annual Institute on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Governance

Bill Lafferty, Morris Nichols corporate and business litigation group partner, will serve as a member of the Institute Faculty at the 10th Annual Institute on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Governance at the New York City Bar, New York City, September 27, 2013, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM., and will speak on the Corporate Law & Governance Developments: Delaware & Beyond panel.

Among the distinguished panelists joining Bill are George R. Bason, Jr., of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, James J. Hanks, Jr., of Venable LLP, and Daniel A. Neff, of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. 

The 10th Annual Institute on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Governance is a joint program presented by The Bar of The City of New York and Penn State, The Dickinson School of Law, directed toward legal professionals, investment bankers, and members of the government and judiciary at all levels of experience engaged in M&A transactions.
