ABI’s 12th Annual Complex Financial Restructuring Program

The American Bankruptcy Institute hosts its annual program on complex financial restructuring on November 5, 2015 in Philadelphia. Taking a practical look into restructuring strategies, the day-long event will focus on a real case study of a troubled company’s efforts to reorganize. Morris Nichols partner Derek Abbott serves on the program faculty and will speak in the panel session, “The Leverage Wars: Et Tu, Supreme Court?”
