ABI 11th Annual Complex Financial Restructuring Program

Hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute in partnership with the Turnaround Management Association’s Philadelphia chapter, the day-long program will take place on the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business campus.

The event will focus on a case study of a troubled company’s efforts to reorganize and highlight practical insight on dealing with the ethical dilemmas, strategic decisions and negotiations ever-present in the daily restructuring practice.
