ABA’s Executive Compensation National Institute 2015

The American Bar Association hosts the 29^th Annual National Institute on Executive Compensation from November 16-17, 2015 in Washington, D.C. Morris Nichols partner Andy Johnston serves as faculty and will present the session on “Director and Executive Compensation Litigation” on Tuesday, November 17 at 2 p.m. Recently, the Delaware Chancery Court has allowed cases challenging director compensation to survive motions to dismiss. In this session, Andy will discuss the implications of these cases on compensation practices, including whether or not to submit director compensation programs for shareholder approval.
