ABA Litigation Section: Bankruptcy Update with Members of the Bench

The ABA Section of Litigation Bankruptcy and Insolvency Litigation Committee will host a roundtable on Wednesday, January 15 from 1:30-2:30 p.m. ET. The panel discussion featuring three current members of the Bankruptcy Court bench will explore recent developments in plan litigation including the limitations on non-consensual releases, the perils of pursuing competing plans of reorganization, and the evolving doctrine of equitable mootness. Cases to be discussed will include Crystallex, Aegean Marine Petroleum, WRGrace, Pacific Gas & Electric, and Purdue Pharma.

Morris Nichols partner Curtis Miller serves as co-chair of the American Bar Association Bankruptcy & Insolvency Litigation Committee and will serve as a panelist.
