ABA 2018 Section of Litigation Annual Conference

The American Bar Association (ABA) presents the 2018 Section of Litigation Annual Conference from May 1 to 4, 2018 in San Diego, CA.

With a focus on deal cases and appraisals, this session will discuss significant Delaware developments to the merger litigation landscape as well as their implications. Panelists will explore the impact of Tulia and Corwin as well as recent decisions addressing appraisals.
