2018 LLC Institute

The American Bar Association’s LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities Committee will hold its 2018 LLC Institute from October 11-12, 2018 in Washington, DC.

Morris Nichols partner Lou Hering will speak at the two-day conference, joining the session “Delaware and Bankruptcy Case Law Update.” Lou will discuss recent LLC and partnership cases from Delaware, including cases dealing with fiduciary duties and dissolution and cases illustrating pitfalls in drafting operating agreements.
