2017 LLC Institute

The ABA’s LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities Committee presents the 2017 LLC Institute from November 2 to 3, 2017 in Arlington, Va. Morris Nichols attorneys Don Parsons and Tarik Haskins will speak at the two-day program.

Don will speak in the panel discussion on “Good Faith,” exploring recent case law and various concepts of good faith in the context of LLCs and partnerships.

Tarik joins the “Delaware and Bankruptcy Case Law Update” to discuss recent LLC and partnership cases from Delaware, including cases concerning fiduciary duties and veil piercing.
