2014 ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting

The Business Law Section of the American Bar Association will host an annual meeting in Chicago from Sept. 11 to 13, 2014. Morris Nichols partners will serve as speakers at the conference.

On the first day of the conference, partner Eric Klinger-Wilensky will chair the panel “The 2014 Annual Review of Developments in M&A” from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.

On Sept. 12, partner Jim Honaker will present in the program “Drafting a Stronger Preferred Stock: Responses to Recent Case Law Developments,” from 8 to 10 a.m.

On closing day of the conference, partner Melissa DiVincenzo will present in the panel, “Cases Do Matter: Judicial Forces Shaping M&A Deal Terms,” from 8:30 to 10 a.m.
