52nd Annual Heckerling Institute

The 52^nd Annual Heckerling Institute will take place in Orlando, Fla. from January 22 to 26, 2018. Drawing leading attorneys, trust officers, wealth management professionals, and other estate planning practitioners, the conference is hosted by the University of Miami School of Law.

Morris Nichols partner Todd Flubacher will speak in the session, “Show Me the Money! Settlors, Beneficiaries and the Dynasty Trust” on January 24. Panelists will discuss settlor intentions, beneficiary predilections, tax considerations, and state law limitations.
