36th Annual Ray Garett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute
The Northwestern Pritzker School of Law hosts the 36th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute from April 28 to 29, 2016 in Chicago. Established in memory of Ray Garrett Jr., chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the conference draws senior officials from the SEC, private practitioners and corporate counsel for analysis of current securities and corporate law developments.
On day two of the conference, Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella serves as commentator in the mock trial session, “Valuation Issues Under Delaware Law.” The Honorable Leo E. Strine Jr., Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court will preside.
