Morris Nichols attorneys will attend Tulane University Law School’s 32nd Annual Corporate Law Institute from March 5 to 6, 2020 in New Orleans, LA. Distinguished as one of the premier M&A, corporate and securities law conferences, the Tulane Corporate Law Institute gathers Delaware Supreme Court and Court of Chancery judiciary, prominent corporate counsel as well as Wall Street investment bankers for an invaluable educational and networking experience.
Morris Nichols partner Bill Lafferty serves as Corporate Law Institute co-chair. On March 6, he will moderate the panel discussion, “Negotiating and Litigating Material Adverse Changes” and Patricia Vella will speak in the session, “M&A in the Private Company Context.”
