Morris Nichols attorneys will attend Tulane University Law School’s 30th Annual Corporate Law Institute from March 15 to 16, 2018 in New Orleans, LA. Distinguished as one of the premier M&A, corporate and securities law conferences, the Tulane Corporate Law Institute gathers Delaware Supreme Court and Court of Chancery judiciary, prominent corporate counsel as well as Wall Street investment bankers for an invaluable educational and networking experience.
On March 15, Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella will speak in a panel discussion on “Practice after Corwin” and Bill Lafferty will moderate a panel discussion on “The Continuing Impact of Appraisal Rights.” Kenneth Nachbar will speak in the session, “Delaware Developments” on March 16.
