2nd Annual New Hampshire Trust Conference

The New Hampshire Trust Council hosts the second annual New Hampshire Trust Conference - a two-day gathering of thought-leaders and practitioners, focusing on developments in trust law and best industry practices in the Granite State and beyond.

On October 18, Morris Nichols partner Todd Flubacher will speak in the opening session, “A Comparison of Trust and Trust Company Laws in Key U.S. Jurisdictions.” He will provide perspective on Delaware trust law.
