2024 FCBA Delaware Regional Program

The Federal Circuit Bar Association and the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association present a regional program in Wilmington, Delaware on September 20, 2024. The program features insights into the adoption of local rules and practices in Delaware and surrounding jurisdictions, unique issues, effective case management strategies, and how to prepare for appeal, with a special focus on Delaware-specific issues.
