2023 Federal Circuit Bar Association Bench & Bar Conference

The Federal Circuit Bar Association hosts their annual Bench & Bar conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Celebrating its 25th Anniversary, the conference will feature insights from adjudicators, government policymakers, leaders, and top private practitioners via panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and networking opportunities.

Morris Nichols partner Jennifer Ying will co-moderate the Friday, June 30 panel “Claim Construction – Do We Need Phillips 2.0?” This panel will discuss the extent to which the Federal Circuit en banc decision in Phillips fulfilled its promise of providing predictability and uniformity in claim construction or whether further guidance is needed.
