2019 NYU/TAU Corporate Law Conference

Tel Aviv University’s Buchmann Faculty of Law and New York University Law’s Institute for Corporate Governance and Finance present two special events in Tel Aviv from January 8-9, 2019.

Both programs will feature commentary from Hon. J. Travis Laster (Delaware Court of Chancery) and Judge Ruth Ronnen (Tel Aviv District Court). The January 8 event will focus on investor conflicts and corporate governance. The January 9 conference will feature commentary on corporate law.

Morris Nichols partner Bill Lafferty speaks on the January 8 panel, “Planning for Exit: M&A Litigation and Deal Design.” He will discuss developments in the Delaware courts and Corwin jurisprudence.
