2019 Delaware Trust Conference

Morris Nichols is a gold sponsor of the annual Delaware Trust Conference from October 22 to 23, 2019 in Wilmington, Del. Hosted by the Delaware Bankers Association, the event draws around 500 trust, legal, and wealth management professionals to participate in discussions about Delaware trusts.

Morris Nichols partner Todd Flubacher is Co-Chair of the Conference this year and on October 23, he will speak in the session, “Why Delaware: The First State v. Other States.” The panel will discuss how Delaware overcomes the most common misperceptions, misinformation and fake news from other states looking to capture trust business.  All of the members of Morris Nichols’ Trusts, Estates & Tax Group will be in attendance.
