2018 Delaware Trust Conference

On October 23, Morris Nichols partner Todd Flubacher will speak in the plenary session, “Good N’ Plenty: Wealth Transfer and Income Tax Planning Opportunities Under the 2017 Tax Act.” The panel will discuss changes to transfer tax exemptions, income tax rates and deductions, the 2017 Tax Act optimizes certain planning techniques, shifts objectives and opens new opportunities.

Morris Nichols special counsel Kim McKinnon participates in the October 24 session, “Creative Solutions for Complex Situations - How Delaware Helped.” Panelists will present on real world examples of utilizing innovative solutions in a practical manner from both the drafting and administrative perspective.
